General Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Oral Presentations Session: MY PITCH IS GOOD Held at the START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE
1. Purpose of GCP at MY PITCH IS GOOD
1.1. The purpose of these General Conditions of Participation hereinafter the “GCP” is to define the terms and conditions of registration for the oral presentation session: “MY PITCH IS GOOD” for entrepreneurs who wish to pitch their company during the event “Start-Up Golf Challenge”.
1.2. The« GCP “constitute the entire and sole agreement between the parties, they cancel and replace any possible previous agreement concerning the subjects treated therein.
2. Acceptance and amendment of these « GCP »
2.1. Any registration in the oral presentation session: “MY PITCH IS GOOD”, implies the full and entire acceptance of the participant to the conditions of these “GCP” in force on the day of the participant’s access to the place where the golf competition will take place as well as, lunch, networking, pitching and other events and requires him to fully comply.
2.2. The « GCP » as well as any new version of the GCP are available for consultation on this page: https://www.mypitchisgood.com/eng/GCP
2.3. The company GOWEEZ SAS reserves the right to proceed, at any time and without recourse possible from the participants to any modification of these « GCP »
2.4. These changes engage the user as soon as they are posted. It is therefore up to the user to regularly consult the “GCP” permanently available on the site. Any use of the services after modification of the “GCP”, is tacit acceptance by the user of the new « GCP ».
3. Date and Place of the Oral Presentation session called: MY PITCH IS GOOD
3.1. This session of oral presentations will be held during the START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE event, the full agenda is specified on www.mypitchisgood.com et www.startup.golf .
3.2. START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE will be held at Golf du Prieuré, domaine de Montcient, 78440 Sailly. France
4. Modification and access to conferences, workshops, lunches, event and networking session
4.1. The organization is free to modify at any time and until the day of the event, the agenda of this day and thus to modify schedules of this session.
4.2. Access to this session is by application on the site www.mypitchisgood.com, the number of places is limited. GOWEEZ can not, in any way, guarantee the participation of the contractor or a company in the presentation session MY PITCH IS GOOD.
5. Application selection
5.1. Applications are free for all entrepreneurs wishing to participate at this Pitch session. They apply directly on the site www.mypitchisgood.com . Due to limited places, contractors who have paid their START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE registration at www.startup.golf have priority in the pre-selection. Nevertheless, depending on the number of places available, and the relevance of the files received, a small number of start-ups who have applied without having registered for the START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE event could have their file shortlisted and be invited free of charge to pitch their project in front of the audience of the START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE.
5.2. The pre-selection will be done by a jury of experts who will examine the relevance of each application. GOWEEZ recommends to each candidate to submit a complete application and to answer questions on the website www.mypitchisgood.com in order to bring all the relevant elements to allow the jury members to evaluate your project correctly.
5.3. The shortlisting is made by the jury members independently by vote, the pre-selection is done on the total of votes collected by project. GOWEEZ reserves the right to select the members of the Jury based on the expertise and partners present for the event. Applications not selected by the Jury members will be informed as soon as possible by the organization.
6. Personal DATA
6.1. Information gathered by GOWEEZ from the participants is the subject of a processing treatment of their application.
The recipients of the information collected are the members JURY composed of experts, and one or more representatives of the organization linked to the event.
6.2. By applying to the oral presentation session: MY PITCH IS GOOD, each participant expressly agrees that his or her contact details will be used by the organization or the JURY members in order to contact the participant who has registered for any additional information relating to his/her application. The validation of the present « GCP » allows emails sending and telephone exchange.
6.3. Candidates will be put forward in the dedicated page of the website www.mypichisgod.com. Non-Sensitive information of the company, as the name of its founder, the logo, the url website and the quick presentation will be exposed, in order to promote their participation
6.4. GOWEEZ undertakes that any processing of personal data on the website https://www.mypitchisgood.comis in accordance with the French law and the data protection of the 6 January 1978.
6.5. Each participant has the right to access his/her personal data and may ask any rectification or deletion by sending an email to this address: [email protected]
6.6. All data, files and document gathered for the oral presentation selection will be removed from the data base on the site www.mypitchisggod.com
7. Applicable Law and Attribution of Jurisdiction
7.1. the presents « GCP » is abided by the provisions of the French right.
7.2. Any dispute arising from the validity, interpretation and/or application of this agreement shall be settled amicably.
