Introduction
Hello, my name is Julie Pernet, I am a Doctor of Pharmacy and the co-founder of Make My Mask. Make My Mask is like “fais mon masque”, it’s hair masks, and scalp treatment masks.
What is the Value Proposal ?
The idea came to me following my post partum hair loss, where I lost a lot of hair like 50% of women post partum, and also 50% of men after 50 years old.
This is due, in fact, to the increase of the male hormone that accelerates the hair cycle, but also thickens the scalp.
The scalp, in fact, is where I focused. In order for the blood to reach the hair follicle, the scalp must be stimulated.
This will limit hair loss. So we developed scalp treatment masks to be applied directly to the scalp that will stimulate microcirculation in the scalp.
So we went further, we developed an online hair diagnosis on our website that will allow us to stipulate all the hair problems and to propose personalized cures for each hair problem, pelicles, Ecsemas, etc..

what are your developments ?
We want to go much further, we have been selling online for 18 months, and now we really want to invest in B to B, in retail, in pharmacies, in hair salons, because we have a real demand from them.
We’re going to implement our hair diagnostics in their homes, so we’ll be able to offer them hair solutions and treatments for their patients and clients who need them when they come to see them.

How do you stand in your money raising ?
We came here because we are in the middle of raising funds.
We want to raise 1 million euros, dilutive and non-dilutive, because we received the French-Tech grant from the BP.
They can therefore support us.
We already have 200,000 euros with Business Angels, and we are looking for people who want to invest in our company, which is the first 100% natural solution with a positive impact, effective in treating the scalp, which is the number one trend in the US: scalp care.
So it’s something that is very innovative, very interesting, that will really “disrupt” the market, so if you want to join us, it’s now!t !
