With a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Paris-Saclay, Pascal is an expert in innovation, he coordinates a network of 16 Start-Ups accelerators on 4 continents.

Pascal leads several start-up acceleration programs on various themes in areas such as marketing products and services, infrastructure solutions and technical networks. He is also very active in the promotion of Women in Entrepreneurship.

With more than 19 years of experience in managing partner programs, Start-Ups, he has a particular interest in the practical applications of open innovation in industry.

Five years of experience in strategic and operational marketing allow him to accompany start-ups, but also in digital business development,

He is the author of the books “Innovation Ouverte, l’incubateur Corporate”, published in French in June 2018 by ISTE. This book is also translated into English in January 2019 by ISTE and Wiley.

A first book immersing the reader in the structural and social mysteries of Open Innovation in the broadest sense.

Others books put forward his reflections about the interactions between actors with different profiles.

Indeed, the analysis of the complex mechanisms of interactions allows us to decipher and reveal the keys to the success of devices (incubators, accelerators, platforms, etc.).

These call for the involvement of actors from different “worlds”.

An example is the necessary relationship between start-ups and large groups.

According to Pascal, it is essential to know how to build fruitful interactions within a social system.

Being aware of the social dimension of organizations is good, knowing how to manage it is even better.

Pascal will be happy to look after your applications as soon as you register on MY PITCH IS GOOD. You will have the opportunity to meet him during the next edition of the START-UP GOLF CHALLENGE in Paris.
